Meet Schedule & Entry Deadlines
Swimmers need to sign up in advance for each meet they will swim in - click Meets & Events.
- For Tuesday meets, the sign-up deadline is the prior Friday by noon.
- For Thursday meets, the sign-up deadline is the prior Monday by noon.
The meet registration form will ask if your swimmer is available for relays. Please only mark yes if your child can stay to the very end of the meet.
Home Meets: Check in starts at 4:15pm, warm-ups begin at 4:30pm, and the meet will start at 5:30pm.
Away Meets: Check in starts at 5:00pm, warm-ups begin at 5:30pm, and the meet will start at 6:00pm.

Swim Team Practice Begins Monday, June 1
Practices are held every day Monday - Friday.
Here is the practice schedule:
- 8:00am - 8:45am: 9-10 year olds
- 8:45am - 9:30am: 5-8 year olds
- 9:30am - 10:15am: 11-12 year olds
- 10:15 - 11:00am: 13 years old and up
Practice will not be held on Picture Day (Wednesday, June 10), or on Friday, July 3.
Meet Entries & Volunteer Sign-Ups Open on Monday, June 1 at 12:00 PM
You can sign your swimmer up for meets starting on Monday, June 1 at 12:00 PM.
Volunteer sign-ups will also open at the same time. Friendly reminder that each family is required to volunteer for one shift at every home meet your swimmer participates in. There are some volunteer opportunities for away meets, too.

About our team
The Oakwood Dolphins is a recreational summer swim team in Oakwood, Ohio, and a member of the Miami Valley Swimming Association (MVSA). Learn more about MVSA and the other teams in our league at http://mvsa.swimtopia.com/.
Practices and home meets take place at Gardner Pool in Oakwood. Away meets take place at other MVSA member pools.
